When I started to really get into yoga some years ago, I was surprised by the lack of affordable, Vinyasa style yoga classes in South London. So after qualifying as a yoga teacher, I decided to set up my own classes in cost-effective spaces around South London where I could offer value for money dynamic, vinyasa yoga classes.

Rather than follow the strict doctrine of Ashtanga Vinyasa which I'd trained in, I began sequencing yoga classes incorporating the best bits of all the different styles I've practised over the years.

As one of many people who aren't naturally flexible, I wanted to create yoga classes that enable students to safely progress with their yoga practice.

By focusing each class on a different theme or area of the body, such as hips, forward bends, balancing postures or backs and shoulders, you get the opportunity to develop gradually and safely into more challenging postures.

Each class has a strong focus on building up and using your core strength and breath to support and go deeper into the postures.
